spam prevention tips to receive our emails

We send out weekly emails to help you build your business. Thanks for opting to have the mfrsuccess lessons sent to your email. If you are having trouble receiving them, but have signed up here, then……


Please follow the appropriate instructions below to make sure our email gets to your inbox:


Place the domain in your “Safe List”. The safe list can be accessed via the “Options” link that is located to the far right of the main menu tabs.

In Options, click “Safe and blocked senders” and then click the “Safe senders” link. Add the domain to your list and save.

We also suggest that you add and to your address book or contacts list. You can do that by clicking the “Contacts” menu tab and entering our email address. AOL:

For the latest version AOL 9.0, click the “Spam Controls” link (lower right area of your inbox). When the “Mail & Spam Controls” box appears, click “Custom sender list”. Choose “allow email from” option and enter and Click “Add”, then “Save”.

For other versions, please add and to your address book. Yahoo! Mail:

Please add our email address to your address book. To do this use the “Addresses” tab at the top of the screen. If you are reading this email in Yahoo right now, you can click the “Add to address book” link at the top of this message.

You should also access the “Mail Options” and create a “Filter”. In the filter dialogue box, choose “Add”. On the “from header” line choose “contains” “ and“. On the “Move the message to” line, choose “Inbox”. Then click the “Add filter” button at the bottom. Now all mfrsuccess messages will be automatically routed to your inbox.

If one of our lessons is filtered to your Bulk folder, open the message and click on the “Not Spam”.


If you are reading this message in Gmail, click the little drop down arrow beside the Reply button in the top right hand corner of the message window. Choose “Add and to Contacts list” from the list of options.

Outlook 2007:

Choose “Actions” from the menu bar. Click “Junk Email” and then “Junk Email Options”. Click the “Safe Senders” tab. Add and and click OK.

If you use other versions of Outlook or Outlook Express. Please add and to your address book.

Other providers:

Please add our email address, which is and to your address book or contact list.
